We are delighted to share with you the outcomes of our most recent Ofsted inspection.
Bramcote College was judged to be 'Good' in all areas including Quality of Education, Behaviour and Personal Development.
Inspectors were very positive about the arrangements for keeping children safe in the school and praised our excellent pastoral support as well as our high expectations for pupil behaviour. They found that classrooms are calm, and pupils feel safe and happy at school.
The Sixth Form was also judged to be 'Good' with pupils being well-supported to meet their ambitions, and able to access a wide range of vocational and academic subjects.
The report makes some suggestions for further development including ensuring that all teachers check the understanding of pupils consistently in lessons and that we encourage all students to take advantage of our broad extra-curricular offer.
We would like to thank all parents and carers for their support during the inspection, and throughout the school year. We really appreciated the messages of support and the positive feedback given to Ofsted by parents.
