Supporting Your Mental Health
At Bramcote College, we know that mental health and well-being are really important for your success and happiness. There are lots of things you can do to support your mental health such as talking to others and doing regular exercise.
If you have any concerns about your own mental health, or that of a friend, you can speak to your tutor, Head of Year or a Student Support mentor.
We are able to make referrals to the school counsellor and the MHST team for those who need additional support and we also run ELSA groups to support with emotional well-being.
Lots of resources and support are also available from outside organisations. You can click on the links below to find out more.
