Enrichment

Our usual Enrichment programme is unfortunately on hold due to current Covid-19 restrictions.

The information below does not currently apply, but remains here to show the variety of clubs, trips, and extra tuition usually on offer at Bramcote College, as a school and with other schools in the Trust.

The Duke of Edinburgh's Award (DofE) is still running, and more information can be found on our DofE page

Please note it usually take a few weeks at the start of a new term before we publish an updated list. Always ensure your child checks with a member of staff before attending.

We also offer Musical Instrument lessons on many different instruments, including Trumpet, Trombone, Tuba, French Horn, Piano, Violin, Viola, Cello, Double Bass, Guitar, Bass Guitar, Flute, Saxophones, Oboe, Clarinet, Bassoon, Percussion, Voice, and more!  Please speak to a Music teacher for further details.

As part of our enrichment programme we run a large range of residential trips. These are run as a Trust with students and staff from both Alderman White and Bramcote College.  Most trips run annually, with the Year 8 -10 China visit running every 2 years. In addition, students have the opportunity to complete the Duke of Edinburgh's Bronze Award in Year 9 and Silver Award in Year 10/11, both of which include an expedition.
